Refund Information
- You may cancel your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
- Once your account is canceled, all of your content will be immediately deleted from the service. Please be sure that you want to cancel your account before doing so.
- If you cancel the service in the middle of the month, you will receive one final invoice via email. Once that invoice has been paid, you will not be charged again.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Shiplee service for any reason, without notice at any time.
- Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, Shiplee may suspend or terminate your account if fraudulent activity is suspected in connection with the site.
Note: No refunds are offered, even if a plan is canceled mid-month.

- Changes to the terms of service can be made at any time without prior notice and are effective immediately upon posting.
- All disputes must be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by Shiplee.
- Shiplee reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
- Service availability and pricing are subject to change with notice.
- All communications regarding account cancellation, disputes, and service changes must be conducted through official Shiplee communication channels.
